Legends Only Racing LLC ("we," "us," or "our") runs www.loracing.com. This page explains what information we collect on that site, how we use it, and how you can reach us about it.
Who we are
Legends Only Racing is a motorcycle flat track racing brand. Our site shares race news and research (including agriculture, beef, and hemp markets) and points people to our merch. We are based in the United States.
Our merch store
Purchases on shop.loracing.com are covered by our store privacy policy, posted on that site. For anything related to orders, payment, or shipping, please review that policy.
Email signup
We offer a free email signup form on this site. The form collects:
- Email address (required)
- First name (optional)
We do not ask for phone numbers or mailing addresses on this form.
Signup data is kept in Squarespace, the platform that hosts our site, forms, and email list. We do not connect the form to other marketing tools or forward signups to email inboxes. We never sell this data.
What we send
If you join the list, we may email you about:
- Race weekend picks
- Merch drops
- Occasional farm-market notes
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in that email.
Information collected automatically
www.loracing.com is hosted on Squarespace, which uses standard cookies and analytics so the site can run and so we can understand basic traffic. This can include your device type, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location based on your IP address. For details, see:
How we use your information
We use email signup information to send the updates described above and to manage the list (including unsubscribes). We use automatically collected information to operate, maintain, and understand the website.
Service providers
We rely on a few service providers to run our business:
- Squarespace: website hosting, forms, and our email list
- Shopify: our merch store at shop.loracing.com
These providers handle information on our behalf to provide their services.
Legal requests and business transfers
We may share information if required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If Legends Only Racing is involved in a merger, sale, or other business transfer, information may be transferred as part of that deal.
Retention
We keep signup data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that, we remove it within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of storing or sending data online is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Our site does not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
Access and deletion requests
You can ask us what signup information we have about you, or ask us to delete it. Email legendsonlyracing@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. You can also unsubscribe from emails yourself at any time.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will remove that information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will give notice on the site or by email to subscribers.
